I unzipped the file, and entered the password, but every time I try to run it, it says "iPodManager.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Any suggestions on what to do?

The license is in the Help text. But after I have typed it it wont regonize my iphone?? What should I do?? "Please connect to ipod or iphone" is the message, but my phone is connected...

Downloaded and unistalled it 2 times to get it to work and still nothing! The license registration works but when it says "Please connect iPod or iPhone" I connect my iPod but there is nothing shown when clearly my iPod is connected. It doesn't recognize it!
